PROF.DR. G. GLAS
Gerrit Glas (1954) studied Medicine and Philosophy.
He works as a psychiatrist at the Hospital Zwolse Poort, and received his PhD in 1990 for his dissertation on anxiety disorders.
He has been a special professor for reformational Philosophy since 1991.
Amongst other things he wrote a substantial chapter on anthropology for the book Kennis en werkelijkheid.
Cooperating with Professor Dr.ir. Henk Jochemsen he wrote the book Verantwoord medisch handelen.
PROF.DR. J. HOOGLAND
Jan Hoogland (1959) studied Sociology and Philosophy.
He received his PhD in 1992 (cum laude) at the Erasmus University for his dissertation on the metaphysics of Adorno.
He has been a professor of Reformational Philosophy at the University of Twente since 1997. He is also a Staff-worker at Philadelphia. He is the editor-in-chief of the magazine Beweging.
PROF.DR. R. KUIPER
Roel Kuiper (1962) studied History and Philosophy at the Vrije University in Amsterdam. He received his PhD in 1992.
He has been a professor of Reformational philosophy at the Erasmus since 1998.
On the 26th of March 1999 he held his inaugural speech entitled Op zoek naar de samenleving. Over anti-utopisch denken en politieke verantwoordelijkheid. Amongst other thing he wrote a book on the Philosophy of History, entitled Uitzien naar de zin. He is also a member of the First Chamber on behalf of the ChristenUnie.
PROF.DR.IR. E. SCHUURMAN
Egbert Schuurman (1937) studied Civil engineering in Delft and Philosophy at the VU. He received his PhD in 1972 for his dissertation entitled Techniek en toekomst which has also been published in English and Chinese.
He is a retired professor of reformational Philosophy at the University of Wageningen. He is the author of: Techniek: middel of moloch?, Filosofie van de technische wetenschappen and Geloven in Wetenschap en Techniek. He is also the chairman of the ChristenUnie party in the First Chamber.
PROF.DR. M.J. DE VRIES
Marc J. de Vries was born in Haarlem (Netherlands) on May 20th, 1958.
Married, four children
Education: M.Sc. 1982 Physics, Free University Amsterdam (thesis on problem solving in physics education)
Ph.D. 1988 Eindhoven University of Technology (dissertation on technology in physics education)
PROF.DR. M. VERKERK

Maarten Verkerk (1953) studied Chemical Engineering and theoretical Physics at the University of Utrecht. He received his PhD at the University of Twente in 1982. In September of 2004 he received his second PhD at the University of Maastricht. From 1978 till 1986 Maarten Verkerk did Fundamental Scientific research at the University of Twente and the Physics Laboratory of Philips in Eindhoven. From 1986 until 2002 he held several supervising positions at the technical branch of Philips in Holland, Germany and Taiwan, amongst others as innovation manager and fabrication manager. His current position is Director of Psychiatric Hospital Vijverdal in Maastricht. Since 2004 he has been a professor of Reformational Philosophy at the Eindhoven University of Technology.
